I looked but did not find the 3 Daily Habit Cards in back folder. I start 90 days August 1st. Otherwise the feeling is good.
The video courses are very easy to follow, and I enjoyed Jason's narrating style. The examples are helpful!!
This module had a lot of useful ideas that make consistency with evening and morning routines feel more achievable. There's also a playfulness possible in this approach--creating a since of accomplishment while also being light-hearted ("cozy socks," "set up your dominoes," and other metaphors). Thanks!
