Goal Crazy planners are now sold exclusively through Amazon.

Amazon Orders

If you purchased your planner on Amazon, all returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and replacement requests must be handled through your Amazon account and are subject to Amazon's return policies. We are unable to process returns or refunds for Amazon purchases directly.

Legacy Goal Crazy Website Orders

If you purchased directly from Goal Crazy before we transitioned to Amazon-only sales, we continue to honor our 60-day refund policy. Please contact mail@goalcrazyplanners.com with your order information, and we'll be happy to help.

Bulk & Personalized Orders

Bulk orders (4 or more planners) and personalized orders placed directly through Goal Crazy prior to our transition to Amazon-only sales are subject to the following policies:

• Bulk Orders: Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused planners. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Personalized Orders: Because these products are custom-made, returns and refunds are only available if the item arrives damaged or defective.
