Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

However, if you believe there is reason your product should be refunded or returned after 60 days, please message us.

Refunds:

If you have written in or used the planner and are unhappy with it, no worries, we are happy to issue a refund. Please send us a message so we can initiate the process.

Returns:

For bulk orders please ship goods to address listed below. You will be responsible for shipping costs. After products arrive and are inspected, if they are unopened and in unused condition, we will issue a refund.

Shipping charges will not be refunded on bulk orders.

If you order a personalized order, we will only consider a return/refund for damaged products.
